5. Credits, Billing, Subscription, and Refunds

5.1 Credits

Our services operate on a credit-based system. Each video generation consumes a specified number of credits based on the model used and generation parameters. Credits are purchased in packages and do not expire for a minimum period as specified at the time of purchase.

Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination.

We may offer subscription plans that provide monthly or periodic credit allocations. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months of unused subscription benefits.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Requests for refunds due to technical issues, failed generations, or service outages will be considered fairly. To request a refund, contact support@duckmath-classroom.com.
